The House
The house is a 19th century building, originally a stable block with groom's quarters. Later, it became a livestock barn and was finally extended and converted to a house in the 1970s. Situated off the main road through the village, the house is approached by a private drive, almost opposite the sandstone church of St Michael's. A short walk away is the Lion Inn, which includes a Tandoori restaurant.
